CZ-USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent company, Ceska Zbrojovka a.s. Uhersky Brod (CZUB) of the Czech Republic. CZ-USA's main operations and warehouse is located in Kansas City. Wesson who co-founded Smith and Wesson.
